Warranty Coverage

Petrol vehicles typically carry a 12-month warranty; diesel, commercial, or private-hire vehicles (e.g., Grab/Taxis) carry a 6-month warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Faulty Alternator/Electrical Systems: Overcharging or undercharging caused by a malfunctioning vehicle alternator, starter motor, or parasitic wiring drain.

Deep Discharge/Negligence: Battery drained due to vehicle lights left on, prolonged vehicle non-use, or aftermarket accessories installed incorrectly.

Physical Damage: Cracked casings, melted or tampered battery terminals, or evidence of fire/accident damage.

Mismatched Specifications: Installing a non-EFB/AGM battery into a vehicle equipped with an Start-Stop system.

Onsite Service & Callout Fees

Standard Callout Fee: A standard attendance and diagnostic fee of $50 applies to all onsite service requests across mainland Singapore, excluding designated remote/industrial zones.

Location Surcharges (Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Tuas & Jurong Island): Services rendered in Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, and other designated restricted or remote industrial sectors are subject to an additional location surcharge (or variable callout rates starting from $70–$90 depending on specific site distance and entry permissions).

Pricing, Quotations, and Trade-In Policy

Inclusive Trade-In Pricing: All prices quoted via phone or WhatsApp are nett prices inclusive of the trade-in value of your existing old battery.

Failure to Provide Trade-In: If you choose to retain your old battery or are unable to surrender it to our technician upon installation, an additional surcharge depending on battery size and type will apply to cover the unreturned core value.

Accuracy of Vehicle Information: Phone and WhatsApp quotations are provided based on the vehicle make, model, and year supplied by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual vehicle specs, battery size requirement, or installation complexity differs upon technician arrival.

Price Adjustments: Quotations for mobile or onsite services are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and cover delivery, testing, and standard installation unless explicitly stated otherwise. Emergency surcharges (e.g., midnight callouts) may still apply where applicable.
